Members have the opportunity to “show” off their blooming “orchid treasures” as well as educate others about the origin of the orchid, the native habitat, cultural requirements, and parentage information.
This is a very popular portion of the monthly meetings as it is possible to see what is being cultivated in the “Land of Enchantment”.
Every individual present at the meeting selects their favorite orchids and cast their votes. The results of “Show and Tell” are featured in the next newsletter as well as the web site for your enjoyment.
Check out the “winners” and discover what NMOG is seeing every month. . All Show & Tell orchid plants are required to be in bloom.
Exhibitors should be prepared to list the name and discuss their Show & Tell plants. Expert assistance is available, if needed.
