Jericho Nursery is the proud sponsor of Bryce Augustine, owner of Monsoon Flora Orchid Lab and breeder of Paphiopedilums and Phragmipediums. Bryce was introduced to Orchids on a trip with his lovely wife Nancy up the coast of California from West Los Angeles way back in 1972. Bryce has a degree in botany from the University of California Santa Barbara. He has been an accredited American Orchid Society judge since 2002. He and his wife helped establish the Central Coast Judging Center located in Santa Barbara. Bryce was elected to the chairmanship and continues there currently. He will speak at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 1 in the Education Building (building between the aquarium and the botanic garden).
Steve Fischer, President of the New Mexico Orchid Guild, will give a re-potting demonstration at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 1 in the Spanish-Moorish Garden of the Rio Grande Botanic Gardens. Steve is an avid grower of beautiful orchids.

Jason Seo is currently the Interior Scape and Floral Manager of OSUNA Nursery. He won the ‘Korea Cup’ Floral Competition in 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Floral Designers. He has extensive experience in design and floral arrangements. He will demonstrate how several arrangements are made with orchids at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 2 in the Education Building (building between the aquarium and the botanic garden).
