Collections are made of related collected items. All art and educational entries must be the original work of the exhibitor.

SECTION 1 Orchid Collectibles

Class 1 Collection 1-3 items

Class 2 Collection 4-7 items

Class 3 Collection more than 7 items

Section 2: Orchid Sculpture

Section 3: Orchid Paintings

Section 4: Orchid 3-D Art

Section 5: Orchid Photography-Photos should be matted and no larger than 11”x14” total size, no frames

Class 1 Portraits

Class 2 In situ (Photographs taken in greenhouse or garden setting)

Class 3 Creative (Digitally altered pictures to create new art)

Section 6: Miscellaneous Orchid Art

Section 7: Orchid Educational Displays

Every effort will be taken to care for your art work.  However, the Rio Grande Botanic Garden is a public venue. The New Mexico Orchid Guild and the City of Albuquerque cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of your art. The buildings are locked after-hours and the Bio-Park has security.
