Orchid Arrangements

General Rules

1.The Judges decision is final.
• Only one first place ribbon per class.
• Only one second place ribbon per class.
• Only one third place ribbon per class

2..All Design exhibits must be placed on Thursday, April 29 between 4 and 6 p.m. or Friday, April 30 between 8 and 9 a.m.

3.  Judging will take place on Friday, April 30 at 10 a.m.

4.  The Show Committee will endeavor to protect all exhibits but cannot be responsible for loss or damage.

5.  Designs must be the work of the exhibitor.

6.  An exhibitor is limited to one design in each class.

7.  The following are not permitted.  No artificial flowers, foliage, fruit or vegetables; taxidermal representation from the animal kingdom, e.g. mammals, birds, butterflies, insects, fish.

8.  The Title of the arrangement and a brief description of how it fits the “Odyssey of Orchids” theme should be written neatly or typed on a 3 x 5 card along with the name of the exhibitor. Cards will be placed by the exhibit after judging.

9.  All entries are to be tabletop designs not requiring more than 18 x 18 inches in table space.
